Hi, I am Hetty, founder of this little family orientated wellbeing brand, and mum to twins. Life in my world is full of love, laughter, and a fair bit of chaos, so I know how important it is to find moments of calm and joy amongst it all.

Hetty & Co. is a women-led wellness brand dedicated to nurturing balance, connection, and wellbeing for the whole family. Rooted in a holistic philosophy, we believe that true wellness extends beyond the individual, it flourishes through shared experiences, understanding, and care across every stage of life.
The idea for my brand came from a funny accident: my friend Bridge once said “Brain Frog” instead of “Brain Fog” while we were talking about menopause. It made us both laugh, but it also clicked for me, that sense of muddle and overwhelm could be lightened with a touch of humour. And just like that, the frog became my symbol, a reminder not to take things too seriously, and to look for little sparks of joy in the everyday.
From early motherhood to menopause and beyond, Hetty & Co. offers supportive spaces, resources, and products designed to help families thrive together. Whether it’s through mindful living, community connection, or empowering education, we aim to make wellbeing accessible, natural, and filled with heart.
At Hetty & Co., wellness is more than a lifestyle, it is a journey we take together.
Through this brand, I want to share tools, tips, and comforting products that genuinely support your and your loved ones wellbeing. Everything in the shop carries my “Hetty Approved” mark because if it does not make life a little easier, calmer, or brighter, it does not make the cut.
At the heart of it all, my mission is simple; to remind you (and myself) that even in the foggiest, busiest, most overwhelming times, it is okay to find a moment of lightness and just knowing you are not alone in it.

About the founder
Hello and a warm welcome to our crazy world of projects to support people.
I am Birgit Allport, though most people know me as Bridge.
All projects were born out of lived experience. When I was just 19 years old, I became homeless. It was one of the hardest and most isolating times of my life. That experience has never left me. It taught me how quickly life can unravel and how vital it is to have support, safety, and a sense of belonging.
Years later, after moving to the UK, Trent Vale in Stoke-on-Trent, and facing ongoing challenges, including serious health conditions like an inoperable brain tumour, I knew I wanted to create something meaningful. So I started Better Together, not just a support group, but a warm, inclusive community where no one feels judged, forgotten, or alone.
Over the years, I have seen how women in particular often carry a quiet weight. They care for others, keep families going, and rarely ask for help. That is why I am also incredibly proud to be involved with Luna Pause, a bold, honest, and empowering platform supporting people through the realities of menopause.
Combined, Better Together and Luna Pause allow me to honour every stage of womanhood from survival and recovery to transformation and strength. I know what it’s like to feel invisible, especially as you get older or your body begins to change. Through Luna Pause, we are breaking down shame, sharing real stories, and reminding each other that this stage of life isn’t the end it is a powerful new beginning.
Even while managing my own health, I keep going because I have seen what community can do. I have seen lives changed by simple acts of kindness. I have seen people rise again when someone believed in them. And that is what drives me every day.
Whether it is a meal, a safe space, a conversation, or just being seen—we’re better together. And no matter where you are in life—starting over, breaking down, or transitioning into something new—you’re not alone.
